would like to hire an admin assistance on a part time job.
Main resposibilities are :-
- Managing employee lists
- Managing employee's related issues. such as: collecting and sending payments to employees
- Talk to employees on a monthly basis.
- Knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Power Point
- be able to go to ministies or companies to collect and recieve documents.
- arrange all documents.
- Organize and create meetings, documentation, presentations
Please note that this is a part-time job.
Company requires the candidate to be able to work for 4 hours a day.
Salary is 500.00 QAR per month.
