DohaBrit2011 Wow....ok, just go for a walk on the corniche....any form of exercise! Green Teas and similar things are barely going to make a difference!!! You need to drink a MINIMUM of 8 cups a day, but the difference in your weight will be minimal....unless you combine it with a good healthy diet AND exercise. Too many people try to cheat at losing weight and it NEVER works. Eat healthy and exercise (doesn't have to be every day). It's not rocket science. Um....good luck.
