I have checked my Qtel Najoom status online and to my surprise around 39,000 points are missing from my account after they went through a 48 hour update. Anyone having the same problem?

Hmmmm so it isnt only me.. but the problem is when we call Qtel they come up with the most unreasonable solutions... I just hope i could get those points back because now my status has become Silver from Gold... Allah Kareem..
Contact Qtel as soon as possible.
Samething happened to me before a week. But only 4000 points got decreased from my account.
Same it happened with me, i dont know what to do?
