go to www.paypal.com
there you will able to make a account for free
the account will be named on your mail id.
you can transfer money from your other account and use them
to buy things...

Kawaii-devil ...As far as i know PayPal is not a credit card is that what u mean ..
Paypal is an account u create on their website where u can recharge ur credit by ur credit card (Visa / Master card / etc...)
So that your credit card details will be showed on the internet only to this website PayPal
When u r purchasing from the internet .. the websites are not viewing the details of ur credit card if u choosed to pay with PayPal ...
It's more secure for many reasons:
1- ur credit card details is revealed only once and on a trusted website
2- u r recharging ur credit with the amount of payment only incase the website were not trusted u r not going to lose a lot of money
3- it's like a visual credit card but in real it's not
4- u may get some discount if u purchased from www.ebay.com
I might be right or i might be wrong as guys advised u better to go to their website and read more information ..
