Since last 2 month Qtel is telling to wait..

i hav applied for one land line at Qtel, on 1/3/2010 but still they didint got connection
Shame..............
I got my no: 416441* and complined this at customer care more than a dozen times - complint no : 187169
A/c no : 10003688835,

Since last 2 month Qtel is telling to wait to solve my problem......

i dont know to whom i approach to solve my issue..

anybody working in qtel pls look into this .
