Company reviews ?
if someone can describe on company reviews - specially Qatargas, Rasgas, QatarPetroleum and QChem - on work culture, employee support, salary and allowances increments, promotion policies, rewards and recognition system, housing facility (do these companies have existing or future planned townships. Or help rising housing allowance as per market demand.) all and other any thing usefull to know in this concern etc I shall be thankfull heartly.
I know changing any company after joining is not possible in Qatar. So your opinion for all 4 companies means a lot more for me. I have 10 yrs experience as Field/ Plant Operator.

lalji ...As far as I know with QP they are giving fair allowance and a great package for accomodation allowance speacialy if you are in a family status hiring system.
But with all the companies in Doha, the best I can Say is UDC.. Although its not mentioned above.

If you consider the opinion of a same trade person then it’s enough that these companies (You mentioned) are good, and caring for all matters. If you have an offer, accept it.
A lot of Indian from same back ground are working in these companies and (Mostly) much satisfied (Man never satisfied 100%)
Petroleum companies in Qatar having good packages as well as Good housing or reasonable compensation of housing.
Important point to know is you are comparing with which company?

If you think that the offer ( if you are already offered ) is equal to your capabilities, knowledge and skills then accept it. Dont accept anything that was beyond your knowledge, it may create discrimination on your part.
But if you are just planning to apply.. then apply to all the above mentioned company because you're aint sure that they will hire you or even give you a chance for an interview.
