hhmmpp.. ...i believe there is this new law regarding NOC.
that to be able to get a new sponsor or new job from other sponsor you wont need NOC all you have to do is just pay the immigration a certain amount. not really sure thats why im asking..

sheikh ...i think that rumor spread already.. i heard also that it will be out this July 2008 but of course not sure.. and after reading the draft law... i think nothing change.. they just modified the law.. but its still the same.. too sad for expatriates.. I hope expatriates can do something about this..

.WELCOME TO THE NEW LAW REGARDS NOC.. .......AGREED THAT THIS WILL CHANGE ONE DAY....BUT ANY TIME THERE WOULD BE MANY expatriates WHO HAVE GONE EXIT WITH A BAN OF 2 YEARS....WHENEVER THIS OPENS...WILL THE BAN ON THE expatriates WHO ARE OUT OF QATAR BE NULL & VOID.
