Where is 1 riyal
3 friends go to restaurant they have some meal and want the bill afterwards. the bill is 25 QR. each one gives 10 QR (total of 30 QR) to the waiter. the waiter goes with the money and turns back with 5 banknotes of 1 QR and give 1 QR to each collegue and says I cant divide 5QR to 3 equal parts so please take these three 1 riyals and give me the other 2 QR as tip so they say ok and each of them takes 1 QR back.
So now they gave 10 QR first and take 1 QR back so each of them gave 9 QR. 3x9 = 27 QR and 2 QR is at the waiter so
the total is 27+2= 29 QR
The initial sum was 30 QR so where is the 1 QR

plus the 25riyal in the cashier... still 30!! lolz
therefore that in mathematical certainties:
probably only the cashier dont have 1 riyal... lolz

bill was 25QR, 27QR is including the tip of the waiter and the 3 friends each have 1 QR with them so
27+3=30

Here's my own version... ...The thing is you cannot add what one person has to what someone else has paid, you have to deduct it.
Each person paid QR9: QR9 x 3 = 27
Waiter has QR2: - 2
Difference: 25 - Bill
Then sum it up,
Each person has QR1 QR1 x 3 = 3
The waiter has QR2 2
Bill is QR25 25
The total is QR30

CORRECT WAY IS
1. 25QR IN THE BILL
2.THEY PAID 10 QR EACH =30QR
3.THE WAITER BROGHT 5 QR BACK.
4. THEY DEVIDED 1 QR EACH SO THAT 3 QR GONE.
4. SO REST OF 2 QR IS FOR THE WAITER
SIMPLY FINAL ANSWER:
BASICALLY EVERYONE PAID 9 QR EACH(COZ THEY GOT 1 QR BACK)
SO WHICH MEANS TOTAL OF 27 QR HAS GATHERED.
25QR FOR THE FOOD AND 2QR FOR THE WAITER.
