Final Meeting for QL[C] Match on 8th May 2008:
Location: Nescafe Coffee Shop, just before the Sheraton R'bout on the Corniche
Date: 08.05.2008 Thursday Evening...
Time: 1830 hrs...
Information And Rules Before The Match on 9th May 2008
Player must be available for the game (Please let us know about non-availability on a certain day and QL[C] may consider it with a valid reason)
Must be part of the QatarLiving Team. [Regular/Lite]
Deadline for drop out from the final list is Thursday 08th,May 2008 (?legitimate? emergencies can be considered by QL[C] Manager ksarat16)
No drop out after the deadline. Penalty for dropping out after the deadline is that player will not be eligible for QL[C] Team selection
Please make sure you provide following information for the player :
- Batsman RH/LH All Rounder RH/LH Spin-Medium Fast
- Wicket Keeper
- Bowlers RH/LH Spin- Medium Fast.
- Score Writer
Captains will be announced tomorrow.

Update on the Match:
Players, we have finally found a Very Good Ground,
Its the QCA Grounds at West Bay
There is a charge of QR 25/- per player who is going to be playing in account of the Rental Charges of the Ground...
Directions to the Ground:
Drive on the Corniche, cross the City Center, after the City Center at the R'bout take a Right Turn
After having taken the Turn, you will come towards another R'bout which has a Arch on that...at that take another Right turn which will take you towards...Ritz Carlton , The Pearl Islands, Intercontinental all those hotels...
Cross the Ritz Carlton bridge and when you approach that r'bout (mind you , you would have crossed the 2 Towers which are kind of Zig Zag in shape), take a Left at that R'bout...
Take the Very First Right after the R'bout and keep driving Straight
As you approach the end of the Road, you should have crossed the "Shaffallah Center" which would fall on your left side...
End of the Road get down onto the sand road and keep driving till you find a entrance and there is the ground, dont worry you will find someone waiting there for Sure (Hopefully...LOL)
Its pretty simple...so if you get lost in the way, remember that you are pathetic...LOL...

An Update on the Cricket Gear:
1) All players must be in their Sports Costume, cheerleaders, in their cheerleading costume(LOL)
2) Dont forget to get your tables, chairs (its not an auditorium there)
3) Pls get if you have any kind of Cricket Equipment that you might have, if you dont have, dont worry, atleast get your AZZ to the Ground ON TIME
4) Dont forget your SunScreen Lotions, towels, and Water: We'll try to arrange for a few drinks...
5) Is someone willing to get some Ice-Cool Boxes...
6) Snacks can someone arrange for that, Johny can you handle this and see for someone who can get some snacks...?

Please be reminded, that you cant be playing with a Formal Suit on, pls dont forget to dust that sports attire of yours and get on those Sports shoes and then get to the ground...pls do ensure to be wearing a decent sports outfit...for all the players...try and see if you can be in a Cricket Gear...doesnt neeed to be exactly WHITE AND WHITE, but then it HAS TO BE SPORTS...
Cheerleaders, your attires for this All Desi match is for the first time...that isnt too revealing, cos I want the players to play and not stare at your wonderful girls...(if any that is...lol)
Viewers, pls be reminded that its an open ground, so you might want to bring your mattresses, chairs, and ofcourse sun-screen to sit back and relaz and watch Live Action...

QL [C] Cricket, Players and Viewers ...Alright I hope people are keeping this in their schedules...
A Meeting for the Match will be held at on Thursday evening at about 1730 hrs at the same place like last time, at the Corniche Nescafe Stall near the Sheraton R'bout...so park your cars there, and lets meet for about 30 mins and then go off for the Thursday Night, and then get all our lazy azzes to the ground by about 1330hrs...on Friday or maximum by 1400hrs...cos we would be starting the match by 1430 hrs, the First Ball Bowled at 1430 hrs...
Its a deadly ground, a good playing conditions, some fine weather is forecasted fot that day and its all ready for Battle field ...
