Need suitable advise for Knee and Ancle Pain
Pls for someone is in Knee pain and ancle pain since more then two years.
Made check ups in home country.
but know came here in qatar, not knows, where it can get proper treatment.
It is now swelling in knees and ancles, and also too much pain.
after little walk, starts high pain.
Pls waiting for advise.

I think you have Rheumatoid ...I think you have Rheumatoid Arthritis because of the swelling and inflamation as you said..these are the signs and symptoms of RA..but i would suggests you to see a Doctor for proper medications..Avoid putting hot compress coz it might get worse.
Take it as an advise from a Physical Therapist's point of view..

have you checked if you ...have you checked if you have uric acid .. the pain looks like u have gout betetr go to the doctor n have your blood checked for uric acid.... better to be safe then sorry

Aspire ...They are specialized in any knee and ankle injury at the Aspire clinic, whic is open to the public. Google Aspire and you will fing info on their clinic. Go there. They are the specialist as they treat all the sports injuries there.

two years of pain is long ...two years of pain is long enough to suffer. did d doctors here saw ur knee & ankle? did they do any investigations? ur diagnosis will depend on ur tests, signs & symptoms, etc. what's d last last thing that u remember b4 u have d pain, swelling, etc?

try to put ice on ur knee & ...try to put ice on ur knee & ankle to decrease the swelling. elevate ur affected leg by putting pillows or towels under ur leg. then go & visit a doctor tomorrow. u definitely need a professional advise

i guess aspire is for the ...i guess aspire is for the athletes. aspetar has clinics. there's a visiting doctor from belgium now, dr. marc martens. u may consider him to look at ur knee & ankle.

No, Dr Martens has gone back ...No, Dr Martens has gone back now, I think he visits once a month, he usually advertises in the paper...but the resident specialists are just as good..
