QP Final Offer

Hi
I got final offer from QP, as grade 13, Civil Engineer. I have 11 years exp, indian national.
Basic 14K, Housing 16K, Currency 1K, Furniture 55K for five years, Transport 2K, Medical and Insurance for self and family, Education allowance up to 4 kids, Yearly vacation, yearly increase 7% performance base, Indifnite contract.
Is this good offer? i am married with 1 kid.

your housing allowance is ...your housing allowance is more than grade 15!! consider yourself lucky. And yes this pay package is very good. go for it.

Bonus is not an annual ...Bonus is not an annual feature. Qp just started giving it since last year s dont bank on it. Food and laudry allowance soundsnew to me, never heard of it as part of QP package.

did you clarify with the HR ...did you clarify with the HR about up to either 4 or 5 times monthly salary interest free car loan?

Novita 77 ...yes HR told me 5 times of salary will be given as interest free for buying car.
Do u think grade 13 is good?

That basic slaary is ...That basic slaary is there standard, i would advice if you can negotiate on other allowances, like water and electricity allownace transportation, etc...

QP FINAL OFFER ...And one more thing also make it clear if you have more kids in future will they provide you with additional education allowance.

Laundry and food ...allowances are not paid to any QP direct hire senior staff.
Forget trying to negotiate on electricity and water.
Negotiation of basic salary will be difficult as they have a well ordered method of establishing an equitable recruitment salary.
The 7% performance based increase is just that - "performance based". Don't expect the maximum amount.

some QP employees received ...some QP employees received 7.5% increment, so u never know......!!!!

I am curious to know about ...I am curious to know about the housing allowance. Grade 13 for 16k is higher than my husbands housing allowance offer at 14.1k.
p.s. I think its better to be in a lower grade if you plan on moving up ranks within the company. As increase in salary is based on percentage rather than numbers.

Is that too low for that grade?
What about grade 17 housing allowance?

Hahbibi, In QP all Grades ...Hahbibi, In QP all Grades Accomodation allowance is fixed. 4 grade 17 i will check the detailes and inform later.

Salary at QP ...i think the offer is pretty good, coz there are other allowances tht hes going to get like child education allowancw, n QP is very good at givign increments. n the management really listens. n i m glad for tht :)
