traffic violations fines and traffic light

please help me how can i get through with the situation in which i got caught by the traffic light and i am sure this is not my fault because we are only 3 in line waiting for the green light to go and then when it is time to go and i am on the last because i am the third one, when ia go still in green light but when i am in the center immediately the light turned to red and i am so shocked looking at the flash of a camera for my car... and when i saw in the internet about the fines i got crazy... i am just new here in qatar and it's really a big regret for me why i came here in qatar because of the situation that i am facing right now,.,,, i don't know how can i get through it.. please can somebody give me an advice???? thanks in advance

well the traffic law is that if you crossed the traffic light before getting red (while traffic lights flashes) you are not mistaken, just after getting red if you crossed if you crossed lights then you will be mistaken, if you got a fine on internet then you have to check with madinat khalifa traffic police.

I hope you can convince the authorities at madinat khalifa to reconsider. Though i highly doubt that can happen.

traffic fines ...thank you for the advice... i will try to talk to authorities in madinat khalifa, i hope they can reconsider the situation... even if they just lower the fines many also are complaining in that traffic lights in old airport many are being caught by it

It's worth a try ...electronics do malfunction from time to time, and if people don't bother to report it, they won't be fixed. Hopefully enough people will have reported it and the authorities will have taken notice and your fine can be dismissed. Not saying that will happen, but it is worth it to make the trip and look into it.

the camera dont lie. so u got caught guilty crossing the red light, so pay the damn fines.
