Samech is looking to hire a young, energetic individual for this entry level position. 
  
MAIN TASKS: ·         Manage an effective and efficient filing system(soft and hard copies).·         Assist with the management of an inventory tracking system for office and kitchen supplies.·         Oversee cliente relations as it relates to customer service.·         Direct customer interaction (in-person, email, phone, fax)·         Provide clerical and administrative support.·         Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information·         Answer telephones, take messages, respond to inquiries 
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: ·         Friendly and outgoing manner·         Ability to relate well to the public, in person and on the telephone·         Able to work effectively with multiple team members, balance and prioritize multiple requests·         Effective office (clerical / secretarial), time management, and organizational skills·         Diplomatic, tactful, resourceful, dependable, well-organized, friendly and professional·         Customer service oriented ·         Excellent communication skills(verbal & written)·         Computer literate (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook)·         Proficient in English(Arabic an asset)·         Displays initiative·         Works well in a team
