l am coming to work in Doha soon in a hotel,so l was wondering if you can tell me how much approximetly tips l can make in a month like a waitress.Because my basic salary is very low.

yeah... ...there are some customer that gives a good tip but there are some also that don't even know how to say thank you....just be noce to customer and i know they will give you tip and maybe you will have more tips more than your salary...

I dont think u should come ...I dont think u should come here expecting tips, in Qatar only a hand ful people tip... cuz they have service charges at most of the places and there are not taxes in Qatar.

Diana, the problem is that ...Diana, the problem is that the restaurants here charge the customers a service charge, which discourage people to tip. In all fairness, when you're already paying a lot for food and get charged 12% to 17% for service, you're a bit discourage to tip. Having said that, some people do tip. Don't make your decision on coming here based on the tips you might get, cos you might not get much.
