issuance of driving license for handicapped

good day to all

does anybody knows if there is some sort of agency in the government or private sector that will facilitate the issuance of driving license for a handicapped individual (but capable of driving - automatic transmission and holds a driving license from his own country). I was informed that most of the driving test are being conducted on a manual transmission, Please if anyone could give me an advice, i need help, it would ease much of my day to day burden.

I am sure there is a car for handicaps in AL-Raya Driving School in Madenat Khalifa... couldn't get u the number but it is the most famous school (I think) and they give classes,and initiate the paperwork to take the test licence if you already have one may be they will only give you 12 Hours course.
But I dont know if thier car runs on automatic or manual

In my country, we don’t talk about “the disabled” as though they are a group apart, we say “disabled persons” or “persons with disabilities”
Also, we don’t use the word ‘handicap’ because it can prompt negative images
