Noice regulations?

Hi, does anybody know if there is any regulation for noice during night? We have a VERY noicy outdoor bar in our street and the music screams into the night at 3am and so almost every night. The bar seems to totally ignore our complaints :( Any advice?

La Cigale ...They have this very popular Sky Lounge :( (Not so popular in the surrounding houses). They have speakers probably at the outdoor terrace.
