changing visa from tourist to husband sponsor

kababayans, need your help po....

i brought my wife here through tourist visit visa. she arrived here on the 2nd of may and only has 1 month duration of stay. just would like to know if 1) i can transfer her visa under my sponsorship; 2) the requirements that i need to prepare and submit; 3) whether there is a possibility to extend her 1 month stay

i don't want to rely on our HR because of so many reasons. i would like to process it on my own.. been here for almost 1 year and receiving 6000 monthly salary.

did your wife come on a family visit visa sponsored by you?

if yes, it is confirmed that you can extend her visa for another 56 days as granted by the law, yet if you wish to transfer her current visa on your sponsorship, it is not a problem, below are the requirements you need to transfer this visa under your sponsorship.

1. Your labor Contract
2. Salary letter from your Company written in Arabic stating your Joining Date/Designation(on your RP) and your detailed salary breakdown.
3. Your attested marriage contract (by the Phil Govt and the Phil Embassy)

I bet you still need assistance from your HR Department on the documents stated above.

But then, if these all you have in hand, you can go directly to the Immigration Office in Gharaffa for processing.

yes po! she came here under my sponsorship. i applied for the visit visa via qatar airways. dun po s MOI sa tabi ng airport. and in her visa my name was written as her sponsor.

we already have our marriage certificate authenticated by DFA s pinas. shall i bring that to Phil embassy?

the company naman po si willing to provide me all the documents that i need. it's just that i don't want them to process the papers kc po sobrang bagal nilang kumilos.

will the process (changing of her visa) take time? cenxia n po if matanong ako...
