QP housing allowance

Hi ALL,
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS THE HOUSING ALLOWANCE IN QP FOR GRADE 14, GRADE 15, GRADE 16, AND GRADE 17. BECAUSE MY HUSBAND IS WORKING IN QP GRADE 16, BUT HE IS GETTING LESS THAN WHAT THE DISCUSSION IS IN THIS FORUM. I AM SO CONFUSED WHETHER HE IS GETTING CORRECT ALLOWANCE OR NOT. PLEASE HELP.

If he is already a QP staff, ...If he is already a QP staff, he should have access to the personnel manual which indicate the housing allowances each grade is getting.

Grade 14 to 16 ...The housing allowance is 14,200 QR.

housing allowance is usually ...housing allowance is usually identical for 14,15 and sixteen. i was also surprised to read about someone who was offered 16k but maybe they are offering higher for new recruits!

I agree with lamea. Housing ...I agree with lamea. Housing allowance for grade 16 is 14kQr. And I think it is also the same for grade 17 as well!
As far as we are aware the housing allowance is set by grades and I think the other guy had a typo error. No way he is recieving 16k QR in grade 13.

lamea ...I can assure you that QP will never deviate from the published (ibternally) housing allowances.
Tyey have enough problems maintaining equitable salaries.

hmmm thanks Bumblebee ...Progress at long last.
I could see the logic in not giving copies of particular sections to all and sundry as when and if the policy changed it would have been difficult to ensure that all old copies were updated (and replaced pages rcovered). There were approximately 200 in circulation and I was involved in updating them at one time.
Now it's on line it can be readily updated so it makes sense.

dweller you are most ...dweller you are most welcome. My insider said copies of PPM should be given to the employees so that they can read and understood as to their claims etc themselves as some of the HR personnel sometimes can be confused or unclear about the update.
