not true! ...There's lots of new hotel which are still cheap but luxurious because it's new. so don't generalized all hotel establishment.

try to call them ...This is just recommended by some friends to their visitor and I heard they give good rates and the hotel is quite new. 4340567 www.legrand.com.qa

Merweb Hotel in Al Sadd ...Merweb Hotel in Al Sadd offers QR650 per night. I'm not sure if this is cheap enough though.

i've spent d night in doha ...i've spent d night in doha sheraton hotel & ritz carlton. they r juz so great. i luv d food in sheraton. i've been to intercontinental hotel, four seasons, marriot, oasis & ramada (lunches/dinners) & they r also good. juz dont know abt d rooms.
it was only QR750/night in sheraton when we stayed there.
