Help buying a restaurant

A new and exciting restaurant in Doha is facing the hurdles of local red tape in order to open.

Does anyone know how to find restaurants for sale in the Doha area?  I have tried estate agents, claissfied ads, cold calling all to no avail.

Starting one from scratch is a massive administrative pain due to local bureaucracy.  Far easier to convert an existing establishment.

I am looking for any type of place, cafe, juice stall etc with a decent sized kitchen
