Dear sir,
Last two and half year am working qatar, my visa is housemaden visa.Am a indian Graduate.Now one of the company offered me new visa. My sponser also will allow NOC, if i cancel this visa with NOC, I can back soon in qatar ??? or any band will come.?? Please i would like to know correct information.Please help me.

NOC will permit you to ...NOC will permit you to change your sponce ship without exit from country. which is easy way and in this case new visa no need. at the time of changing sponceship they will change your trade from Labour Department.
Let say if you exit from country and have plan to come on new visa will be complicated. as per law you can't come b4 compleaton of 6 month or two years, its depend upon visa.

(1)An employee on RP visa resigns in one years time and leaves Qatar without cancellation of his RP Visa.
will he serve the BAN ? How long ..6 months OR 2 years.
2) An employee on RP visa resigns in one years time and leaves Qatar after cancellation of his RP Visa.
will he serve the BAN ? How long ..6 months OR 2 years.
3) An employee on RP visa resigns after two years time and leaves Qatar without cancellation of his RP Visa.
