Another nursery open in the summer ...

I got a not so good experience applying for my son in their new branch.

I called last Wednesday and they said they are still open for application for pre-school, in fact, they said over the phone that they are accepting children now for May classes.

I went there after lunch the same day but now they said there is a wait list for the May class (duh? - less than 3 hours ago you were willing to take my child?) Anyway, they asked me to fill up an application form then I asked them if I can get my child in on the September opening since we already paid for the semester until June in his current school. They said its ok and will call me either Sunday or Monday to verify if he is in for September class since they will still look at the application form. I told them I had to know soonest because if not I had to get my son's place in his current school secure for the classes in September. They told me not to worry as they will call me.

They did not call me. I followed up this morning. I introduced myself. But they said they have a waiting list and I better fill up an appplication form. When I said that I already submitted my application, I heard them fumbling through some papers. And then they told me that my son is still on the wait list. The noise of fumbling through the papers gave me the impression they did not really look into my son's application form.
