Moving from Kuwait to Qatar

Hi All:
I have been given a lucrative job offer in Doha with a total monthly salary of 24,200QR.
While, I know that this will be good enough. My point is, will HRA = 8000QR satisfy my requirement of a 2 bed apartment or no? We are only a couple.
And how much will a car cost me with 3-4 year lease for a Toyota Camry/Aurion or Chevrolet Trailblazer?

As for the house 8000 is a bit less, 2 bedroom apartments are more like 10,000 to 12,000.

Qatar is more expensive ...Qatar is far more expensive than Kuwait and has been for many years. I lived in Kuwait for 5 years and never understood why Qatar was so much more expensive, I guess we had a smaller population and thus things were not as discounted.
