on-line visa tracking - need a clarification

I checked the interior ministry's official website to track my work visa. The status says APPROVED. But in the section called 'Print Visa' the response at this point is ' No Visa Ready for Print'. How long will it take from this point for me to get my visa. i will appreciate your inputs.

.....APPROVED VISA ...THEN IT WILL SURELY COME.. ........Visa dept. is trying out your patience....don't worry it comes normally in 3 - 7 working days....at times immediate or the next day visa is issued.
