Help visa for husband

Can someone please advise me, regarding my husband situation he’s currently working now in his company for almost 8 years with a low salary. And his contract will be finished soon and planning to resign.
Is it possible for me to sponsor my husband even the company will not give NOC? or can he apply for a business visa.

better to go for a business visa. ...Go for a business visa, please explain what he planed to do after he comes. if he is going to start business you visa procedure will be more easy.
I think other ways there will be a Ban for 2 years.
