Freinds can any one tell how bahrain is compared to qatar for women, such as going out, working, etc. and also life style in bahrain.

Bahrain is much more relaxed and easy going in terms ...of Women. Both in the workplace and social scenes.
Women can be relaxed when it comes to Dress. Many choose not to wear the Abeya at all.

I'm friends with a few Bahraini women....No way would i be able ...to be friendly with Qatari women, as to me, they seem to be more conservative in their outlooks .

Theres religious tolerance, the freedom to live how you like, as long as you dont break the law, which is fair enough.
Ok, its only a small island, and traffic can be bad at times but.....

I know a half Bahraini/half Saudi girl, and she prefers to live here, she has the chance to fulfil her ambitions better.

well .. the last time i was ...well .. the last time i was there.. i found it almost same as qatar.. expect for the fact that every roads says: "To KSA (Kingdom of Saudia Arabia)" once you exit from the airport ...you will see more Saudi cars than Bahraini... i guess thats because i hit the place over the weekend and most of the saudi people come there to have a "NICE" weekend.. in a veryyyyyyy open environment...
women are pretty friendly as well...

Well Mila, if you and DH decide to come over, then i ...recommend you try a meal at Trader Vics [AT] the Ritz Carlton, for a meal, BUT you will have to book a table in advance cos its one of the most popular resaurants on the Island. In fact if you do come, give me a holler and me and my Lady can maybe meet up for a beer, and i will introduce ya to the Cuban band.

midniteboy, what on earth ...midniteboy, what on earth are you talking about? Both my wife and myself had no problem finding work in Bahrain; in fact it was the first place we managed to find work in the Middle East.
As for only being for "Open minded women..blah blah blah" - you really need to get out more.

Bahraini Women are very Friendly ...coz Mullah KnoxCollege dated one bahraini girl she was very friendly, outgoing, she had no objections to drinking, pre-marital sex and many other thing that the women in Qatar consider as HARAM
