Filing a Resignation

Hi there! Maybe you could answer this common question? I want to solicit your ideas and maybe comments from the expert.

What if I don't want to finish my contracts and I want to seek for a better opportunity, is it possible here in qatar? What will be the consequences of this action?

You must get an NOC first if they will give. Are you hired local or from your country? This matter because if you are locally hired, there is a little chance to seek for an NOC but if you are hired from your country then it's gonna be an option in your company whether or not they will give you a release. Just try to ask some who worked in your company for a long time if they issued before an NOC.

u will hv to obtain NOC from ur present employer. they may deny ur request as u have not completed the contract. if they give u NOC, u can apply in qatar. but if they dont, , u cannot apply in qatar for several years, but u can apply in any other GCC country. if ur future company shows no interst for ur NOC from the present company, then its well and good.

Maybe I am still new for this foreign land and should learn how to adjust and accept the things haapened to me. It's life after all. I can't help but sometimes to say F*** 'em all....

If they will not provide NOC then cguro tiyaga na lang muna.
