Just wanted to share this piece of Information!!!
In Wakrah near the Wakrah Hospital, there is a compound of new FLATS and VILLAS which are going at an unbelievable RATE!!!
Flat:
2 BedRooms, Fully Furnished:
QR 7,000/-
Villa:
4 BedRooms, Fully Furnished, (# 3 B/r Upstairs, 1 Downstairs)
QR 13,000/-
The compound is like any other place, it has got all the amenities like Club House, S.Pool, Play Courts for Basketball, Tennis Etc as well Play Area for Children with Slides, Swings etc...
I think as far as the Present Situation of Doha is concerned, this is
THE BEST DEAL IN PROPERTY THAT YOU COULD GET [AT]!!!
The only difference in Travel will be about + 10 - 15 mins ... thats all!!!
Atleast you save a lot of Hard Earned Money!!!
And its very close to the basic amenities like Al Meera Grocerry Supermarket and various other day-to-day requirements,
I would say about 15 mins from the Doha International Airport...
People, YOU WONT GET A BETTER DEAL!!!
N.B: And from what I hear, there is a deal for a very limited time that you pay Cheques for 1 year and you get 2 months FREEEEEE!!!! (This has to be confirmed and negotiated on an individual Basis)

As you approach the Pearl R'bout of Wakrah (2nd R'bout), take a Right there, go towards the next R'bout, and turn left and after you do that, the 1st Right will take you straight into the Compound, its right near the Wakrah Medical Facility Hospital...

i asked them if they can ...i asked them if they can give the villa to me unfurnished and they said "yea, we can take out all the furniture, but your rent will still be 13,000!".... i dont think thats good for an unfurnished villa in wakrah, especially when going rates for villas in wakrah is less than 10k

Wakrah is not a suburb...been a while since I have heard that word...lol!!! anyways, driving time Wakrah -> Doha Airport which is primarily the start of Doha is about 10 - 15 mins

we are considering QR 7000 for 2 br flat in WAKRA as Unbelievable accommodation price!!
we are used to see 8500-9500-11000 for 2 br, so that 7000 (even in Wakra!!) sounds like something unbelievable...too sad...
...the same thought about the villa...
4 br villa in Wakra for 13,000!! it is WAY tooooo high price!!

i have been to these flats .... it's a HUGE compound ...i think 600 flats and out of 600 ... 150 appts/villa are 3 bedrooms ...
To be honest i didn't find the price very attractive as per the structure of the flats !
after few years it will be like a mini city and over crowded !

Well QS, Eternity, Speed ...Unfortunately, Doha or rather Qatar isnt running that way people, nowadays these prices are the best that you could get...

I can get you a 4 bedroom for 9,000 :P rather than 13,000
Fully furnished, pool, gym, internet room, outdoors maylas which is HUGE with it's own kitchen 3 guest bedrooms, lounge etc... and off of a brand newly built road.
Once the nearby area it'll be even nicer because it'll have a huge park.
