Mga kababayan, dumadami na kaso ng mga na-iistroke na filipino expatriates dito sa qatar at bumabata pa. may mga less than 40 years old na-stroke na. babala lang po, watch your diet and lifestyle. hope not to see you soon.

Thanks for the warning... ...For those who do not speak tagalog - the writer is warning that there is an increasing case of Filipinos having stroke here in Qatar and there are even cases that patients are less than 40 years old.
He is asking people to watch their diet and lifestyle.
I believe he is working as an EMT so he is hoping NOT to see anyone of us soon.
Reminds me of a classmate who died of stroke at the age of 34 and left 2 young kids and a wife.
Beware everyone!

too bad here in Qatar, we ...too bad here in Qatar, we dont have the annual medical check-up unless we voluntarily do it. so balance meal and exercise please..this is to remind myself also. maabuso din ako. thanks jondpogi!

ouch! i was hit! i am also ...ouch! i was hit! i am also guilty of abusing my health in terms of eating fatty foods and eating heavy at night.
jondpogi's advise is really timely as summer is approaching. hot weather can also trigger stroke. i hope nobody will be seen by him (jondpogi) in the future.
