Latest tech

Hello all! I'm back! couldn't post to the self defense forum for some reason but I just figured out the problem so I am back.

Been lots of tech we have done since the last time I posted so I wont try to back log them all.

This past lesson we recapped the triangle from guard and basic attacks and escapes for the new people in the class and as a refresher to the old school people.

Remember the lessons are free and if you are looking to burn some calories off we have a cardio and physical work out.

I will post some videos of past tech here in the next few days and try and keep everyone filled in on or training and possible events in the future.
