IMMIGRATION EXPERTS...UR OPINION PLEASE !!

...i joined a intl construction company now more than 2 years..and I have resigned due to multiple reasons. my spouse on my personal sponsorship works for a good company ..she too has resigned. But now she has a offer from a reputed group...to join them and they would offer a work visa. As we will be returning home with our respective RPs cancelled ..can my spouse return on a new work visa from her potential employer...and then can I immediately join her on a family visa issued for her.
KINDLY ADVICE..SOS PLEASE Cry

As she is under your own sponsorship now, do not cancel her...give her a release to the potential company. Then she could sponsor you back when her documents are ready.

release/NOC is at the discretion of your employer unless for compelling reasons you could seek help of the Human Rights. These reasons have something to do with denial of your rights, discrimination and all...but in your case you resigned which is a voluntary act from your part.

..thank you for your very prompt and quick responses...I am really impressed.
pls note and advice..I hvn't detailed any reasons on my resignation doc...but its a simple n straightforward document. Now the company owes me my final settlement that includes salary till last day of service, leave salary, End of Service Gratuity, Return One Way Air Tickets (my vacation overdue by 3 months), Bonus & Experience Certificate. Also, have worked the regular extended enforced hours almost 800 hours during these 2 years but not been paid for it...let me know what do i do or whom do i approach. thanks.
