ADVICE FOR INCRIMENT

Hi,,
Good morning to all.
I am an indian, working in Doha as office administrator.I was mobilized here about 2 yrs back with montly basic salay on 2000 riyal.
that time our project was jst starting time and now its already peak time. But untill now ma salry is not yet increesed, wen even im askin they are sayin not yet not yet.
Then as you all know its really difficult to work with such a less salary.
Your kind advised and informations to have incriment and to have well settle for this issue would be highly appreciated.

Try negotiation, approach ...Try negotiation, approach labour department for advice.... if that fails well maybe time to look at moving on. If they value your service they surly would come to the party.
Maybe other QLers could advise further.

maybe they dont find you ...maybe they dont find you that good on your job, thats why they dont increase your salary (just maybe no offence). but if you do good try exaliber's advice, coz it miight work also work... that is if you think they really need you, try it.
