worst traffic week..

ok i have 2 questions to ask...

1. last night ( 16/05) the cops were asking people to carry on driving inspite the signal being red.......seems some vip was arriving or something...the camera flashed at arnd 20 to 30 cars in fromt of me....im sure my car must have also been caught...in this case they will cancel the fine right...

2. today morning at toyota signal...cops came blaring from behind and every1 moved their cars to make way....they accidently bumped my car from behind....they cop in the passenger seat then asked me to note down their car number and goto the cops and make a report....so i wanted to ask...in this case as well the traffic police will gimme the necessary paper to get my car repaired for free right?....btw i have 3rd party insurance

for the first case it will be noted that the cameras toke pice of the cars under some reason and it will not be in your record.

for the scend case i think that you must also inform your insurance company in order to avoid any problems in the future

the first scenario is ok. you wont have fine for that. it happened to me several times on the same toyota signal and nothing is recorded on my part.
for the second one, im not sure. but if the police gave you that instruction, you should act on it immediately.

apparently, last thursday while i was in the Tv round-about, the signal coming from markhiya went green while the signal inside the round-about (going to bin omran) is still in green as well. 6 cars almost bumped into each other. brought me now to asking... if my sudden stop caused the car behind to bump my car, and causing my car also to bump the one in front... who takes the responsibility for signal malfunction?
