Any bikers out there??

hey everyone!!! We are moving over to Doha in August and my husband is a Mountain biker!! I am very aware that it is not germany with mountains...BUT you can bike on road with a mountain bike too!!
SO MY QUESTION IS::: WHO BIKES?????

not too much bikers here in ...not too much bikers here in Doha especially these summer..not if you husband can manage to bike under a 45-50 degrees heat

year around?? ...I can imagine in the summer it is too hot!! But in the winter?? Having lived in the middle east and isn't that hot between october and april is it??
