A dermatologist is for skin ...A dermatologist is for skin care/diseases, not for hair.
To change grey hair, the only option is to colour it.

It could be because of the ...It could be because of the water. I'm not sure if a deficiency of any kind could cause premature greying, could also be stress. A dermat should be able to help you. I'm not aware of the names though

It has nothing to do with water, food etc. It is genetic.
Either you colour it or it will stay grey. OK?
