Gyms with childcare centres
Hi,
Are there any gyms with childcare facilities? My 1 year old son stays home with me but I would like to go swimming or do personal training at a gym and put him in a childcare for the time I am exercising??

Sorry about the above ...Sorry about the above message, first time user. I have twin boys that are about to turn one.It was a lot easier to put them in their walker while i used the gym when they were a bit younger. Im not sure how active your one year old is now but mine can not sit still so i have bought them each a blow up baby seat for the pool and i take them into the pool with me and now my excerise is walking up and down the pool, they enjoy it and i feel like i have done something. If you need an excercise buddy your more than welcome to join me, the gym and pool is in the compound where i live , and you can probably use the gym also and let the boys entertain each other.If your interested message me back! Im from sydney by the way, i noticed it said taht your from aus as well.
