Arab states still wary of investing in Iraq
Excerpt from story linked below:
"The Arab states need to do more, they can't just keep acting like Iraq is not there," says Khaled Abdulla-Jannahi, chairman of Bahrain's Ithmaar Bank, a major financial institution.

abohmaid ...1.You don't need to make a 2nd post to correct a word in your 1st post. You can simply correct the word IN your 1st post.
2.Why do you involve a name of a respected construction company (blackcat) in this?
3.Maybe you wanted to invest in 'blackwater'?
4.If 'YES', then 'Mabrouk' for investing in the blood of the citizens, there!
AbuAmerican said
Molae whats wrong with ...Molae whats wrong with mentioning a construction company name in this? ??
Can you invest in black water?
Strange
The question is WHY should Arab states invest in the American made fiasco called Iraq? Its an absolute mess with people getting killed and kidnapped, beheded and like Sami Al Haj renditioned to some tourture camp for 6 years. To invest in a country that give priority to U.S. companies and contractors..
Yeaaaaaa sounds appealing.

There is no reason for Arab ...There is no reason for Arab states or anyone else to invest in Eye-Raq! Investments are done taking into account rate of return.. Obviously Eye-Raq is not a viable proposition at present..

i agree guys ...Let the americans and its allies invest and re build iraq anyway they the one who destroy it!!!

alexa, even a blind man can see ...that America is the only cause of the destruction in Iraq. This nation, not only its military, deserves much more than just being blamed for the tragedy they have caused.
It started many years ago, all about some science fiction called "weapons of mass destruction".

You break it you buy it. ...You break it you buy it. America broke it.. This is a pretty clear case here, heck I got this from Colin Powell..

Britexapt, as always you ...Britexapt, as always you make sense..Why would anyone invest in a country thats policitcally unstable. You invest for a good return and obviously iraq at the moment isnt.

Where to go from now? ...So now that the milk is spilled, how do we clean it up? Ignore it and it will go away, let the US 'go it alone', find a political solution, point fingers?
AbuAmerican said
Let the U.S. clean it up ...Let the U.S. clean it up alone, they made the mess let them clean it up.
Or should we use maid system, you mess it up and leave it for her to get it?
Lol complaining about spilled milk, the only ones complaining are the ones who want others to come help fix their mess.
They took responsibility for it.. so...
That’s another thing, why the hell do my tax dollars have to pay for some crap I disagreed with?? I want my tax money going towards education or something useful... well.. good thing I'm here cause I'm not paying taxes :P
