BUYING PROPERTY
Looking for some info on buying property in Qatar.
How much minimum down payment is required for say 100,000 QR apt. what generally is the monthly mortgage payment for it? Are the rules different for expatriates and Qatari nationals in terms of buying property.
I appreciate any helpful info on it.

new QCB rules ...New Qatar central bank rules says down payment is minimum of 20% and also mortgage payment must not exceed 20 years.

new central bank rule says ...new central bank rule says that you can take up to 70% not 80%
Currently you can still take 90% though.
