Residence Permit Transfer

Hello
My wife was offered a good job in Qatar, and I had to move out with her.
I decided that it would have been easier to get a job in Qatar from the UK, as they would sponser me. I know my wife can sponser me, but it seemed to be a little more problematic. So I received a job offer and accepted.
Anyway I have started working for the company and my RP is in process, it needs signed off my Qatari sponser.
Basically the job is not right for me, and I want to leave.
Am I basically in trouble? How do I get out of this job, and continue to live in Qatar with my wife.
Please help!!

Two options ...1.If your RP is sanctioned and if you leave you can not come back for 2years on work visa, you can come on visit visa and can not work.
2.After RP,if your sponser release you, then you can join another company or you can take NOC or Lending leter from the sponser to join another company, you must check what profession entered in your RP

Thanks ...I think I could get NOC, from company as they are a UK business. However I have read that you cant transfer for 1 year. Is this correct?
