Hello,
Just came back from Barcelona where they have the best Paellas ever. This just woke up the Paella fire deep inside me ;)
Anyone actually knows of a place that serves authentic Spanish Paellas in Doha ?

I ate a pretty decent paella ...I ate a pretty decent paella in the Intercontinental. Their Friday brunch is great. It can never compare to the paella in Catalonia but it isnt half bad.

The best paella in Spain ...The best paella in Spain comes from the Valencia region.
The rice is grown locally and speciffically for paella.
Paella from any other region can be good but its not quite got that last few % that Valencian paella has.
Thank goodness I live in the Valencian region.
Never found a good Spanish restaraunt here, any suggestions anyone???

sad news again for paella lovers ...i just called season's resto of movenpick and i was informed that there are no theme nights on ramadan only international buffet... and the biggest sad news is... no more spanish night on mondays after ramadan, it is replaced by itallian night and NO MORE PAELLA in the menu... ever... bye paella... :( pieman cn u cook for us pls? :)
