Qatar is one big construction site at the moment. because of that the prices of cement and all kind of building-ingredients have gone crazy high. so the cost of the properties is going up as well.
it is not an established, mature economy yet.
everything still happens very fast.
If you're looking for a problem, you're probably gonna find one.
