In view of Shell's Joint Venture partnership and/or licence agreements with your current employer, we regret to advise you that we are unable to accept your applications to positions in the Shell group of companies.
If you leave your current company and then wish to apply to Shell, we will be pleased to review any future application(s) you may make.
If you are currently employed by a Joint Venture company where Shell is the operator, it may be possible to transfer to Shell staff status after a minimum service period of 2 years. Any opportunity would be based on Shell's business need considerations and your performance. If you wish to be considered, you should contact the Skillpool Manager or Capability Advisor in your region, or a local HR Advisor.

No Comment ... ...hmmmm... it doesn't sound good for me as well(( I am employed of Agip KCO and intended to apply my CV (instrument engineer) to Shell... but Shall is the one of Agip KCO's participant. It looks like they have a similar agreemen(((
