Hi everybody...
i am new to Qatar and to this forum ;-)...
i have signed a contract with Al- Mannai Group to work for (Qatar Logistics) as a Public Relations Clerk... the offer is good enough for me (for now), but the problem is that i got my work and residency permit refused! and they informed me that it's almost impossible to get the permit as i am a Sudanese citizen!! is that true? coz as i heard a big company like al-mannai should not face any problem on such thing... so please tell me what should i do...
thanks in advanced...

it is illegal to pay for the visas. and it is illegal to work for the company/person other than your sponsor. there is no such thing like "free visa" - it is illegal. your friend works illegally, and once the company he works for is audited, all will be in troubles.
My Sense, you give an illegal advice and must be ashamed of yourself.

you menationed "free work in real estate".
So it is not "free" work? Your friend is working for the Real estate company, under their sponsorship. So i didn't get what your question is.
Do you assume that Real estate company can get a visa for your nationality while other companies can not?
That nobody can know. One compnay might have quota for your nationality and position, another company might not have. If you got an offer from this Real estate company where your friend works, they have to apply for quota of your nationality (unless they have it already), and then you will see whether it is approved or not. Also, you menationed your friend is working 4 years. 4 years ago situation with sudanese visas was different, and it might have nothing to do with the particular Company. Even though, this is true that one company gets approve for some nationality, whilst another one gets refused for the same nationality.
It depends on the company's needs as well.
Let's say construsction company needs to bring labours from sri lanka and india. they must get approval for these nationalities+positions. Company cannot have only let's say 10 german engineers visas approved, and no 1 sri lankan labour.
It very much depends on the particular case and the company.
But in general, sudanese visas are difficault to get nowadays.
