To convert to Islam and become a Muslim a u need to pronounce the below testimony with conviction and understanding its meaning:
I testify “La ilah illa Allah, Muhammad rasoolu Allah.”
The translation of which is:
“I testify that there is no true god (deity) but God (Allah), and that Muhammad is a Messenger (Prophet) of God.”

There are many people and places that can help you. There is the Fanar centre and Qatar Guest Centre, There are also many small centres that teach different subjects. Many of them have talalog sessions. However when I became a muslim I had a lot of questions that needed to be answered. I am sure you do too. For this I recommend you find a fellow philipina who is a muslim or who converted herself.

weird and fishy ...I find some threads weird in the way they are started and the persons who started it. Like this thread. Was started more than 20 days ago and the owner did not come back to respond to anyone.
On the other hand. It is interesting how people jump in and start reacting to certain threads.
Just a general comment and advise. I do not recommend approaching individuals or small groups to learn about Islam. Who knows, you might end up a suicide bomber. Better to approach official organizations as advised by Diamond and Aisha.

Secondly, what Master - Mas said is correct. After saying the words he posted, you will become a Muslimah. I would encourage you to make sure you study tawheed (the oneness of Allah) very carefully. Our Prophet spent 13 years teaching this subject to his companions. The second thing is if you follow the following 2 statements from our Prophet you'll be fine. He said
"I have left you two things that if you follow them you will never go astray. The book of Allah (the quran) and my sunnah"
The second statement is rather long so I will only quote that which is related to my post. The Prophet said,
"I advise you to follow my sunnah and the sunnah of my rightly guided khalifas" Collected by Imam Abu Dawoud.
