It's all over ...It's all over the news in the UK at the moment about young women being prescribed and consequently becoming addicted to antidepressants- when all they have is serious PMT.
Check your hormones aren't going mad... and even if they are, do some writing. Write a heartfelt poem or something about what's really bugging you. Guaranteed you'll vomit a little later on at what you wrote, but it does help at the time:) And it also makes you realise next time you feel like this, that life is just a series of up and down swings.
I always take comfort when I'm really low that it must mean there are some wicked times ahead. And I'm usually right;)
Get some kip and be good to yourself.
Oh yeah, and remember that nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition..

You know girl, sometimes staying in a place which is not HOME, which is away from your friends and family, can get to you, but I think it is just at this time that you need to look up even higher(not when you are driving though, keep your damn eyes on the road...LOL!) but yea you need to keep pushing forward and striving through the strong waves of Depression that are pushing you to the coast where you cant be able to swim freely (makes sense, I hope,LOL!) but you need to fight thru and get to the middle of the ocean (of Happiness) so that you can sleep well, dream well, and wake up to a NEW AND BEAUTIFUL AND OFCOURSE EXCITING TOMORROW!!!
Trust me, stay positive, it works, if you dont believe me try this little excersise ( i always quote this when I see people tell me they are depressed and unhappy and disturbed), think of something that has happened to you in your life that is so beautiful and absolutely fun (could be your friends gathering, your family gathering, the birth of your new-born family member, something that is memorable and absolutely delightful), after having thought about this, try and I bet on this girl, TRY TO GIVE YOUR FACE A DULL LOOK, A GRIN, A LOOK THAT IS NOT HAPPY, HELL NO YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO DO IT BUDDY!!! Because you are already thinking of something that is real good...
In other words, dont listen to your heart when you are depressed, cause the HEart is more sensitive, think with your brains on, you tell your brain how to feel...not the other way round...

Anyways Prettyice trust me on this when i tell u that i've just been there done that, and feeling depressed isnt going to solve anything. Surround urself with ur close friends and when ur alone just CRY it out. different people have different ways to deal with depression, just dont keep urself alone, talk it out with ur friends. Like i've told my good friend Ksarat before "Even a Wise man cant take his own advice at times" so u need to share ur troubles with others, and look at things from their point of view too.
That being said dont depress urself further by pm'ing ksarat he's just looking for people to pay for his coffee dates! Me on the other hand have more evil intentions....oops did i just say that out loud?
