If your working visa/residence visa was cancelled due to resignation.
Is it possible to come back to Doha upon obtaining business visa?
Hence the current employer refused to issue NOC/release.

But, can't do job.... ...Yes, you can come back in a business visa, but you can't do any job legally. You can stay till 3 months here and have to leave Qatar after 3 months. You have to wait again 3 months to come again on Business visa...

now if ur rp stands ...now if ur rp stands cancelled,u can come here on a business or visit visa after 6 months and then convert it into residence visa within another 6 months...

The work visa is only issued ...The work visa is only issued after 2 years. So u will have to wait for 2 years to come back and work. But business visa is fine, u must leave the country for atleast a weak an issue another business visa to get back in. It doensnt have to be a week, it depends on how long will the visa take to be issued.
