name and shame ...Sorry Novita - the 'just ignore' bit doesn't go for me when it happens several times. First guys think you 'are playing hard to get' and love it really. Secondly it sends out the message that we should tolerate this behaviour in silence. When is it then appropriate to say no? - I say right from the start so there is no misunderstanding and it is loud and clear that this is socially unacceptable.
So should we set up a separate 'name and shame' group? so we all know where to go to 'out' these people. I tell you it is never going to be a one off - !
