Those that know this book will not require a description,for those that don't, this textbook is considered essential reading for medical students & practicing doctors alike & comes highly recommended.I bought it a couple of years back to prepare for a qualifying exam but due to personal reasons changed my mind soon after & hence the book is unused,like new. Also available is a portable pocket-sized companion to this book,Saunder's pocket essentials of Clinical Medicine,with this book for Qr.30 or by itself for Qr.50(see separate classified)
price is Qr.181 in the UK,Qr.120 in India & it's available on amazon for Qr.109.
