Try recruiting somebody ie (you become the sponsor)...it will cost you somewhere QR 6,000-10,000 depending upon the manpower.
Fulltime live-in Maid/Nanny:
Srilankan = QR 900/month
Philippines = QR 1600/month (US $400)

I found my household help recommended on a forum (not this one)form somebody leaving qatar.
