Sure, nayaab, but you should ...Sure, nayaab, but you should also consider to format your survey so that it will be easier for you to process the data. For example:
1. Name (don't ask for it) use an internal identification instead.
2. Age (don't ask for it) assume that you receive a representative sample of answers according to the distribution in the population. (If you get about 1.500 replies you may well have a good statistical sample)
3. Number of children, allow them to tick a box:
one child, two children, three children, more than three children
4. Age of children, make age groups like: below three years, four to ten years, eleven to sixteen years, over sixteen years
5. Don't ask for children's hobbies. Make a list of possible activities/hobbies and allow the user to tick one or more boxes.
6. Is okay, except that some people never leave Qatar, because Qatar is holiday all the time!
7. Again, suggest possibilities how someone may spent the summer in Qatar and let the user tick one or more boxes
8. List the recreational clubs you know and then allow the user to tick a box to state membership or not (do you know which clubs exist?)
9. List the summer holiday camps and allow the user to tick a box if he/she "knows" and/or "uses" the offer.

Tricky hippo??? ...Ah wish it can trick ME

Thanks ...I thought of this before but then i thought it will be easier if they just write the names. I dont want them to just tick any box. Thanks for helping me. The others just seem to be out of things to do so theyre spoiling my post

MagicDragon has good suggestions ...If you are doing a survey, it is good to keep it anonymous. Also, you are relatively unknown, and always, before I give anyone information I want to know:
1. Who is this person? (and why would I want to help you?)
2. Who do they work for? ("reputed firm" does not cut it, you need to be specific)
3. How are they going to use this information?
You might want to check out something like www.surveymonkey.com to get an idea how to set things up.
Good luck
